Track

Ok, I have time to blog once again. Track season consumes all of my time, not to mention the 15 online credits hours from DDAC, and my family. We did so well in track this year. District Champs boys and girls, which makes me coach of the year District 5-AA Boys and Girls track. Pretty awesome, not to mention we had the three time state champion in the shot put. Enchiladas

Recently, my track team had an enchilada dinner to raise money. I've never really thought about enchiladas as much as I have recently. There is quite a technique to the processing of chili sauce and so many choices... Hot, Mild, Medium, Red, or Green. So how do you like your enchilada? Do you like it with an egg on top? I have friend who thinks dill pickles go best with enchiladas...go figure. The more I eat enchiladas the more I begin to understand the difference in a good enchilada and bad enchilada. I guess I'm becoming an enchilada connoiseur...who would have ever thought it...not my sisters.

Being a student

I have to say I love being a student...even better than being a teacher. If I could get hired as a full time student I would be first in line. However, it is hard being both a teacher and a student. Nights grow longer and the juggling act intensifies. What are your feelings about being the student or the teacher?
